Terms of Use
Effective October 5, 2026
These terms are the rules for using Two Tab, a free planner run as a personal hobby by Gzim Gjeloshi (“we”). By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Who can use it
- You must be at least 13 years old.
- If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should read these terms with you.
- Give accurate information when you sign up and keep your login to yourself.
Your stuff
Everything you put in Two Tab stays yours. You let us store it, back it up and show it to you and to the people you choose (like your class or your public page visitors), only so the site can work. You can delete it at any time.
Be decent
Don't use Two Tab to:
- Harass, bully, threaten or impersonate anyone.
- Post anything illegal, sexual, hateful or violent, or anything that invades someone's privacy.
- Share other people's personal information without their permission.
- Share quiz or test answers with classmates, or otherwise cheat.
- Upload viruses, try to break in, scrape the site, or overload it.
- Sell or advertise things.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules. If you see something wrong, use Send feedback or email gzim@gjeloshi.online.
Teachers and classes
- Two Tab is a hobby project, not a school-approved system, and has no data privacy agreement with any school. Under New York Education Law § 2-d, schools and districts need such an agreement before sharing student data with an outside service. If you teach at a school, get your school's permission before using Two Tab with students, and don't require students to use it.
- Don't use Two Tab as the official record for grades or attendance. Keep official records in your school's system.
- Don't put sensitive student information here, such as disability, IEP or 504 details, health information, discipline records, or ID numbers.
- You are responsible for what you post in your classes and for keeping class codes within your class.
Public pages
Your public page shows whatever you choose to share to anyone with the link. Think before sharing where you'll be and when, especially if you're under 18.
Copyright
Only upload or link to things you have the right to share. If you believe something on Two Tab infringes your copyright, email gzim@gjeloshi.online with a link to it and an explanation, and we'll remove it if appropriate.
No guarantees
Two Tab is free and provided “as is” by one person as a hobby. It may have bugs, go down, lose data or change without notice, and it could shut down. Don't rely on it as your only copy of anything important; use Download backup now and then. Reminders depend on your browser and may not always arrive.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses (like a missed deadline or a lower grade) from using or not being able to use the site, and our total responsibility for any claim is limited to what you paid to use the site, which is nothing. Some laws don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Ending your account
You can delete your account in Settings at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or to protect other users.
New York law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
Changes
We may update these terms. If the change is meaningful, we'll update the date at the top and post a notice in the planner. Using the site after that means you accept the new terms.
